The successful candidate will have the ability to serve healthy, varied meals using fresh organic meats and produce. Adaptability to employer’s tastes, likes and dislikes as well as adaptability to changing schedules is paramount. knowledge of current nutrition trends or the willingness to research is important as well. Create weekly menus, shop, stock kitchens, maintain inventories, cook, serve and clean up. Must be positive, professional, responsible, clean, organized, and dog friendly. Must be a team player.
Description: Assumes total responsibility for managing and directing catered events meeting the standards set by the company. Manage the event staff during the initial set-up, the actual event, the breakdown and the clean-up. Maintain a professional managerial relationship with the staff. Help with on the job training. Act as the team leader for events. Must be able to interact with clients at events with professionalism
Qualifications: Must be an energetic person with the drive and passion to produce high quality events by managing a staff in a team environment. Catering and/or restaurant experience necessary. Must be able to work nights and most weekends. Grooming and courtesy on the job is essential.
Description: Bartenders prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while demonstrating excellent customer service. We expect that you will consistently prepare drinks by following recipes. Bartenders are responsible for setting-up the bar prior to the event and tearing down the bar after the event. They will be expected to complete a pre-count of their inventory and a post count.
Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Some lifting is involved. English language and professional communication skills are required. Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as work calmly under pressure. Grooming and courtesy on the job is essential.
Description: Waiting staff are expected to quickly and efficiently serve guests, with knowledge of the food and beverage items being served. As a full service catering operation, set up and tear down are also our responsibility, therefore, the ability to work in a team environment and to work calmly and effectively under pressure is essential.
Qualifications: English language and professional communication skills are a must. Prior server experience is helpful, but not necessary. Must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation.
