Dear Lucian,

My mother and I are arranging a weekend for my Dad and Aunty to celebrate their joint 65th birthday and we are hoping to find a chef to come out to cottage and cook a meal for us on the 18h April.
We are quite flexible with the menu, but would probably be looking for a three course meal. We do have two infants attending and 1 vegan – otherwise totally flexible.
The numbers we are working on are roughly at 12 – 15 guests.
Would you be able to provide a quote or a rough guide on costs?
The cottage is based at the address below close to Bristol, however this isn’t secured but it will be by this weekend (we hope).

We are having a private party on 28th February. This will be in a private house in central Bristol.
We will be looking after 30 guests.
We need someone to come and take care of the food, as well as a barmaid / steward who can serve drinks and collect empty glasses.
The idea is to serve canapes and drinks, followed by a buffet meal.
Could you let me know if you are able to provide this service on this date, and what further information you need. If you could also provide some guide prices for menus, then that would be helpful.

I’m looking for a personal chef to provide a meal for two at my client’s house in Bristol at the beginning of March (date to be confirmed).
I was wondering if you cater for more intimate events, and if so, please could you provide me with some sample menus and prices?
The only dietary requirements are absolutely no cheese, and my client is also not keen on African or Middle Eastern dishes.
I look forward to hearing from you.
All the best
Hi there,
I would like to enquire into your availability and cost of a 3 course meal for 8 people on the 16th May. I’m not quite sure on the menu just yet, we are all foodies and have 1 vegetarian and one mummy-to-be in the group that we need to consider.
We are staying in Bristol.
Do you cover this area?
Many thanks
I am an event planner and I am working with a client to research and prepare a quote for a 80s themed, 40th birthday for next year 2017.
My client would like a buffet / canapés to start , must be 80s food . We would also need some waiting/ event staff. The party is for 200 people.
Look forward to hearing what you might be able to do.
We are hoping to have a caterer for my husband’s 70th birthday party. It will be for about 30 people, in Bristol. We are hoping for your suggestions. Finger buffet, hot meal, food you can send and we can serve. So far, none of the caterers we have contacted have got back to us. I think it is because it is such a small event. If you are unable to help, would it be possible for you to put us in touch with someone who would be able help.
Hi Lucian,
I am looking for a chef to cook dinner for a group of 9 people, and (from your website) you look like the perfect person! Your testimonials are very impressive.
The date I am looking for is 9th May, and the venue will be in Bristol.
There are 9 of us and we would like the 3 course dinner please. I am not sure about menu yet, but 1 of the 9 doesn’t eat meat or shellfish (me in fact) – so I’m not sure if the easiest option is to just do one veggie main and 8 meat mains, and make the starters all veggie? I’m happy to take your recommendation on that.
I’d be grateful if you could let me know if you are available and can make that date and location.
Thank you!
Hi there, I am looking for a chef to provide lunch to my team of up to 6ppl from the 7th April to the 17th April (exc SAT/SUN) and wondered what you could offer please as well as your prices.

My team will be dressing a new property of a large scale which will be exhausting for them so we would like to have their lunch prepared everyday. We aren’t looking for anything majorly ‘fancy’ as such but a mixture of something hot/cold and healthy.

Please can you help?

Hi, I am thinking of having 12 friends for dinner at a hired house in Bristol to celebrate (or commiserate) my 50th birthday. Could you kindly advise what the average cost would be for holding something like that along with the butler service. I will be supplying my own wine. The date would be 24th October
Thank you
