I am looking to have a birthday party for my Mums 70th on 11th July i would like to cater for 6 adults and 2 children 5 and 7 yrs old.
I would like the menu to be fish based but am open to any ideas, i have one potentially show stopping issue. We live on a houseboat in Cotswolds, the boat is a dutch barge and has 3 bedrooms with a large living room. We have plenty of space for seating the 8 guests, however the kitchen or galley is very small.
Is this likely to be a problem to you? We also have a decent sized garden with BBQ facilities including a large BBQ and a big green egg (an outdoor oven) that can be used in many versatile ways.

I am looking to gather quotes for a personal chef to cook/serve a 3 course sit down meal for 5 adults on 22nd May at Osprey Lodge, The Lower Mill Estate • Somerford Keynes • Nr Cirencester • Gloucestershire • The Cotswolds GL7 for my mums 60th birthday.
We would like something along the lines of;
Starter: •King Prawns Pan Fried with Olive Oil, Garlic, Red Chilli and Parsley (mild) or fishcakes (not Thai)
Main course: Seabass/Monkfish with •Crushed New Potatoes with Olive Oil, Kalamatas Olives and Chives and asparagus/mange tout/fine green beans perhaps
Dessert: •Rich Chocolate Tart with Roast Pecan Nuts with seasonal berries and homemade ice cream

We are staying in a Cotswolds Waterpark resort in October. We are 6 adults and would like to know if you are available on 17 October to provide a 3-course dinner at the lodge we will be staying at.

We’re looking for someone to cater for my mum’s 60th birthday on 8th April around 7.30/7.45pm for 9 guests. We will be staying at Willow Lodge which is part of lodge by Yoo in the Cotswolds. We’re looking for 3 courses, perhaps more gastropub than fine dining as my mum likes quite simple tastes.
Her favourite is fillet steak so we would want that for main but are quite open on starters and desserts but can also give you a list of ingredients to avoid.
Are you available on that date? If so, how much per head would you charge?

Party size: 6-8 (awaiting confirmed numbers)
Occasion: family 30th birthday party
Allergies: one of the guests is coeliac
We are open to a three course or tasting menu option, depending on cost per head/total price. Also open to menu but british/french/modern european would be preferred. The birthday boy particularly likes seafood and meat, dislikes mushrooms!
